Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Health Risk You understand that a bike fit appointment may involve physical activity on the bicycle, including pedaling, riding, position changes, and other cycling specific movements. You confirm that you are physically fit to take part in the appointment. If you feel unwell, sick, or physically limited, it is your responsibility to take the appropriate action and cancel or postpone your bike fit appointment until you are fit to participate in the session. Customer Duty to Provide Information You must provide complete and accurate information relevant to the appointment. This includes symptoms, pain, injuries, surgery, health limitations, your bicycle, your components, and any previous changes or adjustments. Bike Fit, Adjustments and Adaptation Period A bike fit is intended to improve riding position, comfort, function, and efficiency on the bicycle. No specific outcome can be guaranteed. This includes the complete resolution of pain, discomfort, numbness, or performance limitations. Changes to position, contact points, or components may require an adaptation period. At Your Own Risk Cycling equipment or personal items left while waiting for additional parts or repair remain at your own risk for damage, loss, or theft. CycleFit Europe is not responsible for lost items. Cycling is an inherently dangerous sport. Accidents can happen. CycleFit Europe is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from racing, training, or other cycling related activities. Follow Up Appointments and Review Sessions Free or discounted follow up appointments, review sessions, or booking codes provided for this purpose are valid for three months from the date of the original bike fit appointment. After this period, the relevant booking codes expire automatically. Any unused follow up entitlement lapses after this period. After expiry, the standard follow up fee will apply. Website Content The use of the content of this website is at the user's own risk. Mere use of the provider's website does not create any contractual relationship between the user and the provider. Dispute Resolution We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Cancellation and rescheduling I understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email me as early as possible at: lloyd@bikefiteurope.com Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment, a late cancellation fee of 125 € applies. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, this fee also applies in cases of illness or short notice personal circumstances, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and usually cannot be offered to another client at such short notice. If you have already prepaid for the appointment, there are two options: I can refund the payment minus the 125 € late cancellation fee. Or I can provide a gift certificate for the remaining balance, which you can use toward a future appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
